Quality inspection

Quality Control
Self-inspection
To meet the quality requirement, the operators shall conduct self-inspection during production. The first workpiece from commencing date of processing, middle piece during processing, and last piece upon wrap-up get inspected for confirming dimension stability and implementing the concept of quality awareness from every staff, which provides the first line of quality control.
IPQC (In Process Quality Control)
In addition to above-mentioned self-inspection carried out by operators, the quality inspection personnel implement patrol inspection during the manufacturing process and monitor changes during the process, which forms the second line of quality control.
FQC (Final Quality Control)
Upon manufacturing completion, a sampling inspection is carried out among the batch of finished goods. This forms the third line of quality control, where the results of each inspection are well kept for the convenience of future reference.
Inspection instrument- 2.5D Optical measuring machine
Through a non-contact precision measuring machine, the data of product

dimensions are obtained with accuracy. The level of precision elevates to 0.001 mm (1μm), which allows quality to be quantified in μ between expectation from client and implementation by BSP.

Inspection instrument- Optical image instrument
To implement comprehensive Voluntary-inspection and reduce measurement differences generated from contact instruments, BSP made a considerable investment in purchasing the optical instantaneous image instrument for rapid and accurate measurement of product dimensions. This completely avoided human errors on measurement and became the optimal response from BSP on products to clients.
